Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

WrenchWorx is built and supported by one person — a working mechanic. If something isn't right, the fastest path is almost always to just tell me, because I'd rather fix the problem than take your money for something that doesn't work.

The fix-first guarantee

If something's not working, tell me — I'll fix it. WrenchWorx is actively developed and I respond to issues fast. If you hit a genuine problem I can't resolve within 14 days, you'll get a full refund, no fuss.

To start, email [email protected] and tell me what's going wrong. Include what you were doing when it happened and what version of Windows you're on if you can — it helps me get to the bottom of it faster.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee sits alongside your legal rights, not instead of them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing on this page limits those rights.

When it might not

That said — if you're in one of these situations, still email me. I'd rather hear about it and sort something out than have you stuck with something you can't use.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
